Beware before leasing.

I share the same sentiments as a few other opinions that have been already shared. I'm a current tenant here and have been for a while. I CAN NOT wait to get out of this place when my lease ends. Like others, I have had nothing BUT problems with past and present neighbors who live above me making tons of noise whether it be the TV being too loud or there music cranked at all times of the day or night (because they have it hooked up to an entertainment system with a sub woofer knocking my ceiling down. Is it really necessary for a small one bedroom apartment'). You want to go sleep early' Forget about it. The front office does little to nothing to enforce the noise level even though it's clearly in the contract that you sign for your lease. When it rains really hard, the rain seeps through the walls leaving water damage. The doors are not tightly fitted and the weather stripping on the door frames are terrible. Hot/cold air leaks in all of the time. For the price a month that I pay to live in this place you call an apartment community, it's not worth it. I do not recommend leasing from this apartment unless you plan to only to be here for a very short time.
