I lived in this apartment for over two years. When I initially moved in office staff was very nice and pleasant. I loved living there. The new office manager now is the SOLE reason that I moved out. She was rude, ignorant and often responded to my needs by saying "this is not my problem" when it was her job. There was also an issue of someone being in my apartment without permission. The maintainence guy was great and trustworthy. I had two friends that ended thier leases early there stating that the apartment manager was a major factor too. Also, if you try to call the regional manager to discuss your concerns give yourself two weeks or more to talk to her!I reccomend the look of the two bedroom apartment but do not recomend living under such a rude apartment manager!

I am a resident at Madison Hall and I know the person that wrote this review, I live in the building accross from where she lived. I do not agree with her post! I had a problem on the property and called the office. I talked to the Property Manager regarding the problem, she was very understanding and caring. She begin working on the problem right away and the problem was taken care of. I love living at Madison Hall and I love the staff.
