Morgan Place Apartments are exactly what you get for the money, they are a dump, minorities and white trash all around you. Pay a little more and get a nicer place, management does NOT care about their tenants here. I am moving as soon as possible. Do NOT I repeat Do NOT move here.

I'm sorry that you're afraid of minorities. Hopefully some day soon you'll realize that you live in AMERICA and that white people happen to be a minority in most parts of the WORLD.
