I really like all of the work they doing around here. I live here and I like it just fine. The are redo-ing everything. Outside of buildings have gotten face lifts, new windows were installed, parking lot has been redone, new appliances, cabinets, playground equipment. I have no idea how much money they have just sunk into this place, but it makes me not mind spending $700.00 per month. At least I know they are putting the money back into the community and not just in their pockets. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a townhouse in Clemmons.
