Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Ample parking. Courteous staff. Surrounded by a "community gate", but the gate stayed open (broken') at least once or twice a month. The apartment had 9ft. ceilings with crown molding, dishwasher, disposal and small storage closet. Never used the pool b/c it was very shallow 3-5ft I think. Tennis Courts. Small Playground for kids. Okay workout facilities. A cool feature was the video checkout (DVD and VHS). The trash was only on one side of the complex, so that was a bit of a hassle sometimes. Mall traffic could be terrible sometimes. We had one BR with a den.
