Parking Terrible and Traffic Location Bad

Appartments are very nice, management is OK, maintenance is OK, parking is terrible, they let park large RV that occupy 4 parking spots. Leasing terms are too long, minimum 9 months, location inconvenient to get-in because of the mall heavy traffic on Friday Night and Saturday All Day.
