The place is what many would consider upscale. It really has some nice points. The thing is, you can find so very many nicer places for the same price or less in the Greater Charlotte area. I'm biting by tongue, trying to be fair, but I'll tell you I've found much better for less, nearby, without the close proximity of the buildings where you have to listen to the endlessly barking dogs and "Gladys Gravitz-type" neighbors in your face all the time. The staff leaves something to be desired (getting a blister on my tongue now...) for their helpfulness.

I am just a casual observer and reading Concord apartment reviews here. But for a place that fails to compare to "many nicer places for the same price"...this user chose to reside here for the better part of 4 years. Interesting.

Why would a "casual observer" choose to disagree with a posting on a site where one comes to read about the experience of residences of that site? Could this person work for the property? I think so. . .
