Maintenance staff was prompt and efficient 80% of the time. Complex is secured by a card operated gate; however, I noticed that there were many days when the gate simply stayed open, defeating its purpose. Fairly quiet environment within the complex, but the mall traffic next door can be hectic. Fair pool and fitness facilities and parking is readily available. Only one trash compactor available, creating difficulties for renteres on the other side of the complex.
