this was a pretty area to live in, but we do have things we weren't happy with. here is a list:
windows were bad, causing mold problems, black mold. mess to keep clean. we also had mold around both door thresholds..black mold. the bathroom wasn't vented right, therefore molded fast as well.
our neighbors smoked, therefore we had to as well. our apt always smelled like poop/skunk/cigarette smoke. we had headaches every day we lived there. we could never open our windows to air it out either bc it did no good, plus the man downstairs would smoke outside so the smoke would come up into our windows. you cannot get away from it.
we've been out for a few weeks now, and not one headache..and not one problem with our new place. so i know it was that apt causing the problems.
if you dont mind all that, then its a decent place to live.

So I have to wonder, obviously the mold issue should have been addressed by apartment management if reported...but otherwise, it seems like the issues here more have to do with the neighbors who smoke and not the complex itself. Life in North Carolina, right?

the mold issue wasn't taken care of by management. smoking, yes neighbors fault...stinky smokers.
