I like living here a lot. The prices are a bit high but I guess you get to live in a parkinglot of a mall. How better can it get'! I'm moving but it's because I need a bigger apartment for my family and can't afford more than the one bedroom I have in this apartment complex.
The only thing I don't like is that the people aren't really pet friendly (even though everyone has dogs). People will complain if your dog pees and some of it gets on the sidewalk like happened to me. I tried to explain that boy dogs will mark territory if they smell anotehr boy dog but I don't think people realize that. They will approach you and tell you how you better pick up after your dog, which I do because I just think leaving crap there is just gross BUT people have HUGE dogs and leave HUMAN SIZED craps on the grass so just look where you walk if you're walking on the grass.
Like in every place there are some sketchy people but you're not going to find a perfect place anywhere. Just keep walking and ignore.
Parking is great.
The gate breaks a lot but personally I don't mind because that means I don't have to swipe my card every time I come in. There's only been one break in in an apartment that I know of.
The office staff is a bit uppity and stuff but they're really cool once you get passed that. Just talk to them like you don't mind that they have an attitude. I mean when you work for others you have to follow a certain way to do things.
Overall it's been great but people have been leaving left and right because of rent being raised all around. So that's one thing that sucks.
But anyway, it's cool if you have the money to pay for it!
The pool is hotel quality except there are A LOT of kids so if you don't like kids don't move here. I love the kids and invite my friends with kids over to the pool when it's warm so I don't mind them. You won't get to be at the pool and relax if that's what you like.
Noise wise, well what apartment complex is silent enough to not hear stuff. If you get a lower floor apartment you are going to hear the guy upstairs but you get what you choose. I don't complain about music because I do like my music loud at times so if you want to do it, then don't complain when others do it. Just tune it out.
