This is my first apartment. It has sufficed for my needs. It is in a great location, walking distance to one of the best malls(I am told) in NC. So you basically have everything you need walking distance except for a grocery store. which is only about 5 miles up the road.
I have no problem with the management, if I asked for something they would get it for me without issue. I guess they maybe a bit uppity but nothing obnoxious. My apartment is quite, I am as far from the mall and concord mills blvd as you can get.
Pricing is on the high end but in my opinion worth it, and I was able to talk them down about 150 dollars for the one bedroom model.
