I have seen better and I have seen worse. The staff is very helpful and pleasant; they make you feel welcome. The parking is a joke if you ever have guests over. We have not moved out yet, but I am afraid they will try to stiff us on the deposit when we do. Most of the other tenants seem nice and there are not alot of parties. Repairs are done in a timely fashion.
