I've lived in different apartments from one end of Charlotte to the next, but none of them compare to Caralea Valley in Concord. I'm not sure I understand all the negative comments. Anytime I needed something (which was rare) management responded immediately. Parking wasn't a problem for me, the neighbors were nice, the laundry room always available, etc. I'd recommend this place to my Mom! I kept my apartment clean, and they sent a check back for the full amount of my deposit - who else does that' Thanks again to Sharon and Leah!
