This place had everything I was looking for, from a security perspective to a living accomodations perspective. But a lot, if not most, apartment complexes, are capable of surpassing those expectations.
What sets Caralea Valley apart from other complexes is the management. As a first time renter, it was very refreshing to have these folks as my landlords. I have seen my parents struggle with previous landlords, and that was a real concern of mine. Thankfully, I got lucky with these folks. They have been very polite, have listened to my concerns, and have been very understanding when situations arose.
The apartments are very adequate. The prices are very competitive. The security of a small town is there. The neighborhood is a true symbol of Southern Hospitality. But what sets this complex apart is their employees, and that is why I would recommend this complex to anyone.

The only good employees at this place were the maintenance men. They were both very nice, but the apartment manager, with her poofey ugly hair, and superiour attitude were unaceptable. She would walk into my house, and I know because once my aunt borrowed my car, and my husband was at work, so it looked like no one was there, and she just walked in and started looking around at my stuff! I have also witnessed her looking in peoples mailboxes, and looking throught their mail!
