My wife and I have lived at Caralea Valley for a little more than two years now. However, the extra effort the staff takes in their jobs still surprises me. An example is that we rent a storage unit located on the apartment grounds. The door had gotten just a little hard to open sometimes, but we could still get it open. I notified the office about the problem, and the next day, maintenance had notified us stating that there was a part that needed to be ordered so they cold not fix it immediately. At this point, I felt that everything that could be done had been done. I would have had no problem waiting a couple days for the part to arrive. However, there was an empty storage unit beside ours, so they relocated all of our things that were in storage, and put them in the new location, so that we would have a door that opened easily without having to wait on the part to be shipped. The best part is that everything was much better organized after they moved it than when it was in the original storage unit! It is hard to find any apartments (or any business for that matter) that would go this much 'above and beyond' in order to keep their tenants satisfied.
Those working in the office are always extremely helpful. The maintenance man, Mike (I hope I got that right) fixes things faster than anyone at any other apartment I have lived in. He has even jump started my car before when the battery was dead.
I love the location of the apartments. We're about 5 minutes from anything you need. The apartments are well insulated, so you do not hear your neighbors like in many other apartments. I not only feel safe here, but I also feel at home.
