I enjoyed living at Caralea Valley apartments. The staff that works at Caralea Valley does not tolerate noise violations and has the "3 strikes, your out!" policy. The staff is sincere and cares about your concerns. The maintainence staff is quick and will fix your maintainence problems the same day and will come at night when paged. I felt safe at night with the apartments adaquate outside lighting.

PUH-LEAZE!!!!!!! OK, I agree with the one review that the owner is a "good ol boy", he must be to keep the redneck, racist staff. Do not let the reviews fool you...they appear to all be by office staff....I mean c'mon, monthly a resident of this place "happens" apon this site and leaves a raving review? The truth: this place is aging and showing it!!! The staff play favorites, there IS crime hear...I had a car repair bill over a grand for the damage left from some thug. Maintenance is slow coming...I don't know if it's their fault or the office's but by all accounts it shouldn't take 3 months to convince someone that a leak is important!!! Neighbors common domestic noises are clearly audible...On a quite morning I actually heard my neighbors private business...not only his lovemaking sqeals but also his bathroom business....GROSS!!! The rent here is ridiculous for what your going to get and expect to find that your neighbors paying WAY less then you are because they are the FAVORITE and didn't get their rent increased and your new neighbors move in under special. If you wanna live somewhere nice....there are at least 20 other places in this vicinity, choose one of them. I am looking right now at my options and have found quite a few nice HOUSES that are not only larger but are in quite sub's or set off a good distance from neighbors that are way cheaper and nices then this fire trap called "Caralea Valley".
