I would not suggest any young couples move into this complex. Concord in general is very boring and blah. Most people who live here are single parents with kids who dont work. We have had so many Roaches in our place. It is just old and in desperate need of renovations. The apartment also smells weird, no matter how many candles we light, it just keeps smelling. Oh not to mention the section 8 housing in the complex next door!
