I lived there for 3 years. It went downhill fast when Gail came onboard as the property manager. Maintenance takes forever to fix things, sometimes you call, get someone out and they never come back to follow/finish up. I have left messages on their machine many, many times with no return call. The police come out every weekend through the spring and summer. The kids run wild and drugs are everywhere. When a complaint is made nothing is done. I had to call the police at least 3 or 4 times a year while I was there, and I have never called the police anywhere I have lived before if that tells you anything. When they are partying you have to make sure you are home and parked in your spot by about 7:00 or you wont get one because of all the other "guests". If you pay your rent you are pretty much free to do whatever you want. That doesnt reassure me any at all. A lot of people can pay their rent doesnt mean I want them for neighbors. If property is damaged they dont fix it to "teach the cluprit a lesson". Well, the culprit doesn't care, it's the other tennants that suffer. I had a leaky sink for the entire time I lived there. Maintenance came to fix it once and never did finish the job. I got tired of complaining and just moved. My first year there was actually very good. I was there from 4/02-4/05. I would never refer anyone to this property. Also, when it was time to renew my lease the renewal letter had a price per month that was higher than what was being quoted to the general public. What was that all about' Discrimination'

If you call after hours there is a 24 hour answering service. The police are hired to ensure what your saying doesn't happen here and they do a great job!!! I lived here for one year and I saw no drugs, there was one teenager I saw smoking a few times. And a few teens were out, its summer, no school. But they were no trouble justing sitting at the picnic table by the police cruiser by the way. Parking was never a problem unless I came after midnight when everyone is home from work. And when I went to renew my lease the amount was lower than what I paid for the year due to cost of living increases. So the rent actually got cheaper. John the maintenance man was always helpful. Once my dryer wouldn't work and he went above and beyond by climbing up to the vent and cleaning out some paper that had gotten stuck. And he always took the time to listen and every morning picks up trash so the complex is always clean. I don't know why anyone would write a bad review, Gail and John are good people with good hearts that care. The other day I was checking out and a young man was in front of me that had been evicted for not paying his rent and Gail took 30 minutes to counsel him and explain to him how his credit affects his future. No one ever did that for me when I was younger. She stands outside each day and speaks to each child when they get off the bus, she asks about their homework, gives out hugs or lectures, whatever is needed. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends. Its a great place to live and get a fresh start. I'm very grateful for Concord Chase! Melissa B.
