I lived at Concord Chase Apartments for one year and we enjoyed living there. It was very quiet and John the maintenance man was always very helpful. Gail the manager gave me a chance when one else would. I had been through a divorce with less than perfect credit. When we moved out last month we were able to move to our new home and I credit that to Gail. There are police present on the weekends not because they're called but because they are hired to keep everything quiet because in the summer months teenagers like to be out and about. The Concord Police department does a great job !! We lived in building 5 and it was quiet and my neighbors were all friendly. The complex is always clean and parking was never a problem. And I'm getting my deposit back, all you have to do is leave it the way you got it. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.AAAA
