The apartments are a good value for the dollar amount, ie size, location and present economic trends. Too bad the two bedrooms don't have two baths. It's not the worse place to live. Generally the residents live in relative peace and safety. Occasionally there are tenants who are difficult...they don't stay for long periods of time.
The garbage site could be better maintained...but that's primarily tenant failure to properly dispose of their trash, etc. There are stray cats near the garbage and at times they traverse the community...but they go and come.
Maintenance generally responds in timely manner. The management and maintenance staff team will work with you to their best ability and they are very pleasant. Easy access to all local locations...bus stops at the top of the property. Parking is safe. Cleanliness of property is satisfactory. Again, it's some tenants who make the place undesirable. The property is quiet, especially in winter months...somewhat more noisy in warm weather...kids playing, etc...however, after 10:00 pm...it's very quite.
The footsteps of overhead neighbors can be bothersome at times.
The community is what you make it to be and perceive it to be for ones ownself.
I have wanted to move on several occasions to have a larger space...but always I remain for the value and ease of accessibility to life in Concord, especially good if you don't have a vehicle.
