I live at Concord Pointe, I am sorry that others haven't been as happy as my family and myself. yes they had a little problem but the problem was taken care of so fast by the manager, needless to say they problem is no longer there. The office staff takes care of all problems immediately. I have been here for 3 years and just renewed my lease again. I have never had a problem, of course you have people that don't obey the rules and they are usually the first to complain. My townhome is very well taken care of by maintenance and the grounds always look great , I love calling Concord Pointe Home.
