THE STAFF HERE IS SNEAKY, THEY'LL TRY TO GET YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. THEY MAKE REPAIRS WHEN REALLY REALLY NECESSARY. "FORGET IT" IF YOU DAMAGE SOMETHING AS SMALL AS A HOLE IN THE WALL EXPECT TO PAY MAJOR CASH SO THEY CAN REPAIR IT. YOU DONT WANNA LIVE HERE THIS SHOULD BE A LAST RESORT TO THE TYPE OF LIVING YOU WANT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. YOU CAN SOMEWHAT SAY THIS SPOT IS THE BOTTOM/ END OF THE ROAD. I CAN EVEN HEAR MY NEIGHBORS AT THEIR MOST INTIMATE TIMES.YOU DONT WANNA EXPERIENCE THAT!

Hello when you dammage an appartment you have to pay for it otherwise good tenants would have to pay the price in rental increases. Its simple if you dont want to pay for a hole in the wall dont put it there |
