Concord Pointe may sound good up front, but once they get you in, it is awful. The staff go from friendly to scary. There are several gangs in the area and the police regularly have to patrol the apartment complex with machine guns to maintain control. The security lighting is a joke and there are people out in the parking lots at all times of the night. The management team does not follow up on anything they say they are going to do, including repairs and insect treatments. The managers are also never in the office, but instead are off gossiping with tenants. At one point, it seems that one of the managers shared confidential information about my family with another tenant. I definately would say run screaming from Concord Pointe Apartments.
