lousy management

We have lived here for 3 years, and are leaving next month FINALLY. Love the size, anad the fact that it is a townhome, but everything that needs repairs only gets fixed part-way, and the pool has never been open for more than half the summer. All the grass is infested with red ants, so kids can't even play outside. Live somewhere else!
