The apartment itself is nice, but management is flakey. There is no on-site office - or at least there wasn't as of July 2007. It took forever to get anything fixed. There were no screens on the windows, when I moved in this was mentioned to the property manager who said they would be put in soon a year later they were not put in. The bathtub leaked there was a patch in it that had never been finished. When moving out I was told that I had to pay to get the (cheap) carpeting steam cleaned before I left. This has never been part of my checking out procedure before, it has always been done by management and billed against my deposit. I could not pay for the cleaning, so I told him to take it out of the deposit and just give me whatever the difference was. There was no difference he actually charged another 150$ on top of the $600 deposit. The apartment had no damage, normal wear and tare but no damage to anything. If there was new direct management, it would have been a better experience.

Good to hear you got out. Bad news is the management has been replaced by a young blond girl who thinks she can enforce rate changes and contract breaches on a few renters and not all. The previous manager seemed to have more sense than this new one does.

I agree this new chick is something else. I have been waiting over a month for the ceiling in my bathroom to be fixed. A huge chunk of the plaster fell off the unfinished! sheetrock above and I run the fan and leave the door cracked to prevent the mirrors from fogging up. What gives. I keep hearing "Your on the list" WHAT LIST!! 6 weeks later I still haven't seen anyone. I want Holly back... At least she took care of things and kept the noise down.

I just moved out, good riddance, loud neighbors, mold, things breaking constantly but no maintenance, one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
