Forget about having somewhere to park, playground very u--afe,the new m---ger has no clue, the assistant --- has a terrible attitude,if you need any repairs done forget it!!!it's hard to get in and out of the apartment complex because of the bus stop!! and whatever you do, don't ask the kids to move so you can get through because their will be a gang fight outside of your door...people are always fighting here young and old!!! their is someone damaging cars here!!! I woke up one morning to go to work, and when I got in my car I had no steering panel someone tried to steal my car!! yes that's right,I filed a police report and nothing was done about it, so I had to pay over $600 for repairs!!! a man went on vacation, and when he came back home he had no furniture in his apartment,yes, no furniture!!! pizza hut will not deliver to this apartment because of several hold ups, if you don't believe me call pizza hut on church street and ask them!!!too many vulgar kids on the property,they urinate on the playgroung and the tee-- leave condoms on the playground, yes it's all true!! don't co--ider having a cookout, the urine smell will kill you..the -------- urinate outside all day long.. I called the police one night and a man was arrested for that!!! the music will drive you crazy and the staff will not do anything about it!!! I hope this information was helpful
