This place is good to stay for one year, but no longer. This is definitely a lower class apartment complex. But the price is affordable. Management is okay. They are nice and friendly. And when you report a maintenance problem, they are quick to fix it.

The other tenants there mainly kept to themselves. But if you are not Latino, you are the minority.

I had felt fairly safe there. I probably wouldn't have in about a year or two. There used to be alot of kids that would run around, but as the year progressed, i saw fewer kids. Which meant to me, fewer families were moving in, and more single adults were.

One thing that really bugged me were all the icecream trucks, vans and carts!! Almost every day at least 2 icecream vehicles drive around the entire complex. And each icecream van will park in each section of each lot and stay there for 10 min. each! They even continue this through the whole winter season. Their stupid icecream truck music will haunt me forever.

Even with all the outside noise, the inside of the apartment was great. I have never heard anybody next door. But of course, you can hear people walking above you.

You had privacy as long as you never went outside of your apartment, and kept your shades down all day long. It was rare to see a window with the shades up. Everybody kept them down. Because if you didn't, everybody will be able to see inside. These apartments are lined up like a motel. And our view from our back door, were more apartments. So for about a year, I didn't have sunlight in my own home.

These apartments do have roaches and earwig bugs. We had a roach problem that came so fast, our heads spun. But after spraying our apt 2 times really well, the roaches went somewhere else. Earwig bugs are weird black bugs that can barely crawl. I believe they only come in the bottom apts., because they like the grass. They come in the apt when it's really hot. And when they get in, they die. becuz they have no food. So we got use to seeing dead earwigs on a daily basis. Not much we could do about them.

Oh and they have 2 different kinds of laundry rooms for each apt. So be clear with the management staff on which one you want. One is actually a room to hold your washer/dryer, and the other kind is a closet! Before we moved in, they promised us a laundry room in the apt., which the Model-Apt. had. And I saw it with my own eyes. A room big enough for a washer & dryer. When we moved in our apt., we didn't have a laundry room, we had a laundry closet! An actual closet with a dryer and washer hookup on the walls. We thought is was impossible to fit them in, but after tearing up the floor a little bit, and scraping the walls, we got them in. And you have to be skinny to fit in there with the machines. About 5 inches space for someone to squeeze in there and do the laundry.

Every apt complex has it's ups and downs, and with the affordable price it's okay to stay for one year.

I havent seen one roach. Maybe they have fixed the problem
