When we first moved here we were shown a very nice modle of what our apartment would look like. Needless to say, we were not pleased. The modle was MUCH better. We have had a constant roach problem. We have had our apartment sprayed and spray it ourselves on a regular basis. We are a very clean couple. If you are not Latin you are minority. The noise level is not that bad, then again I do live on the second floor. We have a one bed room. There are no doors to the bedroom. The only door in the apartment is on the bathroom. The bathroom is basically in the kitchen. Maintence is okay. The laundry room has it's ups and downs. They are expensive though and the washers are TINY. These apartments are okay to use for the yr and a half that you have to lease them. After the lease is up it's time to go! It's really only good for one or two people per apartment. Space is TIGHT! Parking is HORRIBLE. You only get one spot per apartment and It's terrible when late at night you have to park on the other side of the buliding and have to walk around. The grounds here are well kept and I feel safe here. The people in the office are polite. Pets are allowed but it's a $350.00 non-refundable deposit and you have to pay to clean or re-place your carpet when you move if you have a pet.
