This was the worst experience I have ever been through.
Anytime you complain to the office about problems in the neighborhood they look at you like you are talking in a foreign language.
If Melissa would get out of that chair in her office and walk around the community she would see how bad the community is.
Gina is not much help either.
Also I have tried to go to the office on several occasions during business hours and the sign would say "Back at 3:00" and this would be between 4-4:30.
I have no idea what it takes to get the positions they have but I am pretty sure it wasn't much.
I don't understand how an employer could keep such slack help.
The laundry facility is a joke, you won't feel safe, and the machines are awful.
People are drinking in the parking lot with their car stereo's turned up loud and dancing around.
What kind of people do that stuff and what kind of staff does nothing about these problems''' I believe the people above me had a bowling alley in their apartment, and it came alive between the hours of 9pm-2am.
Parents do not watch their children, and are too lazy to walk the trash to the dumpster, so they let their 5 year old do it and trash gets blown all around the community.
There are always water leaks and don't expect them to replace anything that is damaged due to their problem (poorly built apartments).
The management is very poor with no standards the maintenance is horrible and these are the worst apartments ever.
I guess that is why they try to give them away.
Half of the light poles for the parking lot are broken and they will not replace them.
Kids will scratch the paint on your vehicles, due to lack of parental supervision.
You will experience children running around in diapers constantly, items stolen off your patio, car break-ins, peeping toms, and lots of noise.
Enjoy the nightmare they call Huntington.
I promise you will break your lease, if you don't then you most likely are part of the problems of Huntington.

I've lived at Huntington Apartments for the past 7 years and Gina & Melissa have been the best office team. When Huntington was being managed but Kensignton the office personnel were rude and unorganized. I could say that the maintenance man named Jeremiah was a terrible but, on the other hand Orlando was awesome. The times he came to my apartment he took care of my maintenance request.

I have been living at the Huntington apts for about seven months and I have a neighbor down stairs that smokes. The smoke fumes travel threw their vents into my upstairs hall bathroom. This is the worst. My children use this bathroom and every day they have to smell smoke. My children have allergies and this is really tough on their allergies. I have informed the front office but they mentioned that they can not tell someone not to smoke in their apartment and have tried to use some smoke device that works for a hot second. The neighbors down stairs continue to smoke whatever they choose and It's like we are smoking it as well because that is how thick the smoke is. I am embarrassed to have people over for a visit, because my apartment smells like a smoking room in a hotel. The mangers tell me there is nothing else that they can do. Should my family really have to suffer with this problem.Rent is paid every month on time just like it is suppose to be. Now what?
