This was the worst experience I have ever been through. Anytime you complain to the office about problems in the neighborhood they look at you like you are talking in a foreign language. If Melissa would get out of that chair in her office and walk around the community she would see how bad the community is. Gina is not much help either. Also I have tried to go to the office on several occasions during business hours and the sign would say "Back at 3:00" and this would be between 4-4:30. I have no idea what it takes to get the positions they have but I am pretty sure it wasn't much. I don't understand how an employer could keep such slack help. The laundry facility is a joke, you won't feel safe, and the machines are awful. People are drinking in the parking lot with their car stereo's turned up loud and dancing around. What kind of people do that stuff and what kind of staff does nothing about these problems''' I believe the people above me had a bowling alley in their apartment, and it came alive between the hours of 9pm-2am. Parents do not watch their children, and are too lazy to walk the trash to the dumpster, so they let their 5 year old do it and trash gets blown all around the community. There are always water leaks and don't expect them to replace anything that is damaged due to their problem (poorly built apartments). The management is very poor with no standards the maintenance is horrible and these are the worst apartments ever. I guess that is why they try to give them away. Half of the light poles for the parking lot are broken and they will not replace them. Kids will scratch the paint on your vehicles, due to lack of parental supervision. You will experience children running around in diapers constantly, items stolen off your patio, car break-ins, peeping toms, and lots of noise. Enjoy the nightmare they call Huntington. I promise you will break your lease, if you don't then you most likely are part of the problems of Huntington.
