I've lived here once before from August of 2008 til March of 2009. I'm now about to move back to stay for another 6 months in this complex. The price is fantastic. You can not find many apartments for this price in Concord/Charlotte/surrounding area. During my first stint living there. I rarely had problems with neighbors, and even just speaking with them usually got any problems (noise issues usually) solved. I will admit that the original office workers that worked there during my previous stay seemed a bit disorganized. While applying to move back the new office workers have been exceedingly helpful and accommodating. I will agree with other posters, the laundry room is less than adequate. There are not enough washers/dryers for the whole complex. (I luckily have a relative within driving distance, and there is also a laundromat with some HUGE washers at the end of the street). I did find sometimes that bugs would get into to my ground floor apartment. (I've lived in NC my whole life.. in NC you are GOING to have bugs no matter where ya go). The complex kept a good handle on it though and regularly sprayed for bugs. All in all, you get what you pay for. It is a nice place for the price. And the new staff is SUPER nice.

I will also add that the complex is updating their look to the apartments, which does make the grounds look much nicer.
