My husband and I were very happy here until they changed apartment managers. NOw they have a fat ----- and another girl who doesn't know what the hell she's is doing.
When we first moved in there were a few things that needed to be fix in the apartment.
1st: the kitchen spray is broken
2nd: the patio door did not have a screen
3rd: the main bathroom tub stopper did not work
4th: the roof in the laundry room now has a hole
It took three months of going to the office to have someone finally install the patio door. Three maintenance guys came to look at the kitchen spray and it's still not fix.
The bath tub is working only because my husband went to the office several times to complain that nothing is getting fix in our apartment.
I did inform the owner of the apartments about the hole in the roof in the laundry room and was spoken to very rudely that they will get to it whenever they can.
Don't even think about decorating for holloween b/c somebody will steal your stuff.
We love the apartment, love the area we are in, like our neighbors b/c they respect our privacy but HATE the management.
My husband and I will not be renewing our lease and will be informing all our friends to not move into this community.
