Yes kingsport is a great location,but unfortunately that is the only ammenity for the price!Managment and oweners have norespect for the tennants when it comes to maintenance issues.Onsite management has no idea of the importance of taking care of the tennants needs, such as air conditioners not working in 95 degree temperatures,leaking toilets,pest issues.Not the place I would recommend for anyone to move to, oh and by the way everyone pays differant rent prices its based according to the mood of the day or if they are desperate for tennants, I know of tennants around me paying alote less and some paying more.Okay off my soapbox and on to finding a better place to move to.
