This place is horrible. We moved here and it was ok. There was a patrol officer and the location is not that bad. Little did we know that the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYthing the neighbours are saying.

Place is dirty, dog dropping inside the building. Garbage EVERYwhere. Broken glass everywhere. On weekends there are 20 some kids hanging out smoking pot.

MGT makes empty promises. They keep saying they are doing all they can but they are not. They said they would not allow pets anymore cause of the dog droppings everywhere ... They also said that thye didn't allow those mean dogs , well there are 3 running wild in the buidling at times.

And when I moved in there where several things that needed to be fixed. Cracked window, broken falling apart drawers ... nothing is fixed yet. The heat/air run all the time. I pay over 240$ for utilies.

It sounds like to me you should'nt have moved there in the first place. Let me guess,they were running an awesome special on the 1 bedrooms. Rule of thumb applys in all areas of life. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I have moved to apartments running specials and I have gotten (and am getting) a very good deal. Piss poor management is just that, piss poor. The only excuse for shoddy maintenance is shoddy practices. Period.

they are like harassing us ever since we made a complaint about the maintance guy coming as he pleases!
