These apartments have potential to be more. Management is no good because they only focus on a certain problem area when there are the same problems all over the complex. These are not for families with children. There is nowhere for them to play therefore they run and play in the hallways and essentially become problems for other residents

i completley agree!!!!! its aweful,once they threw paint all in from of my dorr,and they leave candy wrappers EVERYWHERE!!!! when i made a complaint,NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT!

I disagree with the Anonymous comment, because the staff at Locke Mill Plaza works hard to please all of their residents. But like it has been said it is a shame that they have to babysit Adults. The statement about there not being a playground is very true, but we as residents aren't trying to raise money to put a playground in our community either. We have to know that the staff doesn't have money lying around to build new stuff everytime one of our fellow residents feels uncomfortable. The children's parents play a part in this also. If you know the children who are scattering paint, and candy wrappers (which you probably do, since you all stay in the same building) take it to the parents first before whining to the Staff about a problem you may be able to fix yourself. It would definitely be a nice place to stay if everyone makes the effort.
