I used to have sex with this girl who lived in locke mill for about 9 months so I kinda lived there and I gotta say the staff are pretty nice and it's a decent place in some respects, but I think the only major problem is the inside halls and parking lots are dangerous at night.. we all smoke weed and drink some but there are some people in there who smoke crack and do meth which is kinda a concern for me... but hey you get what you pay for... locke mill is architectually awesome looking building... it looks amazing on the outside, and it looks like and underground city if you are tripping mushrooms on the inside, very cool place, just a few problems.

You are stupid, no one wants to live in a drug infested place where nothing is done. this is horrible. my friend lives there and has lived in 3 diffrent apartments here and there all hiddious.

I think the guy is just being honest. he's saying he had fun there but maybe other people wouldn't like the place due to possible danger.
