I've read the reviews about Locke mill. I'll have to say it's interesting. For one I've just moved out here been here for almost a year. but for what I Can tell. It has improved from what i've read,and what i see. Since I've been here whatever request i've put in has been fixed. I read the part about the maintanence guy now that seems to be stretched .Because I work third shift and when i have a repair he always knock on the door and taps with the key when he comes in and states who he is.also the part about management and the weed stuff. that's silly also. because no community is perfect.the management isn't the police so if you're smelling it is because your smoking it or just wanted some yourself.now the talking bad or shall I say writing bad about the community is also somewhat funny because I've also been out in the parking lot when i've seen people young and old get out of the car and before the get out of the car the sit trash wendy's, McDonalds etc.bags on the ground, but complain about the lot nasty. now as far as the ones who talk bad towards the people in the office i can say i see they are working towards getting the place in a better living environment because I've met the new owner and from what i can see he's doing alot he's here all the time repairing something.along with the maintanence guy.i can't speak about what happened in the past, sorry didn't live here,but can say. If you are or want to complain about something check yourself. because it's only what' four people here trying to take care of a large community.the people here as a whole need to help out also. instead of complaining you can add/help/fix the place also.I'm just one but i try and help you'll see me out there picking up trash too.so for the ones who continue to drop trash on the grounds, complain about whats wrong .try and work on getting/fixing what's right.

I think the reviews i've read are helpful and want to say that the ones who are writing stuff bad maybe just are the ones who have problems with the people in the office.

I disagree with that because I was very fond with the people in the office,if the people in the office would stop slanderizing and act professional then residents wouldnt not have a problem with those who work in the office, guessing by the way your score looks you are one of the people in the office
