They were selling condos in this building not too long ago. So glad we didn't buy! They WERE trying to fix it up, but yeah, that went south. The guy who bought the building ended up re-selling it. The inside is so old and disgusting looking. A lot of unfinished stuff. Just feels sketchy.

That's actually not true at all. They are still remodeling units and selling them. The guy who bought "the building" didn't actually buy the building. He bought a large percentage of the units in the building. The building cannot be sold, it belongs to the Home Owners Association. There is not a lot of unfinished stuff. The building is a historic landmark and a lot of the unfinished stuff that your referring to is wood from the original mill in the 1800's. Sound's a little like you may not know entirely what you're talking about.
