I lived here for almost 2 years with no problem at all from the former management, the new management is terrible. They leave notices on everyone's door all the time, about children running in the halls, when I had no children, and they were always harassing the dog owners, telling us where we could and could not walk our dogs, and accusing us of not picking up after them, even if it were other people doing it. Everytime we went outside with the dog, the "courtesy" officer would harass us about the dog and tell us a new place to walk him, it was never the same story.
Before my lease was up, I requested to be let out, never hearing a response back from management, they changed my locks while I was STILL PAYING RENT! not even bothering to inform me that they did so, and then claimed it was an "accident". When I walked in to the maintenance staff going through my things IN THE DARK, I was told that my things were going to be removed from the apartment the next day. Apparently some things already had been removed, there was a pile of things that were bagged up and ready to be taken, by the maintenance staff who told me they were "just taking pictures". And I had electronics missing from the apartment. But according to them it looked like I was not coming back for the rest of my things, even though I had bank statements and personal belongings, and electronics all over the apartment, and clothing still in the closet, and furniture.
When contacting the leasing office letting them know I would file a police report if they did not return what was stolen, they somehow magically found what was stolen from my apartment, and then ACCUSED ME OF DROPPING IT DURING THE MOVE. I had not been moving anything for 2 weeks when I noticed the property missing, and I know for a fact that it was not me who removed it from the apartment.
They are a bunch of liars and thieves. And to think, the crooked maintenance staff has access to all apartments 24/7. Just think what the pocket when they go in to do routine maintenance work.
Do NOT ever think about living here, it's not worth what you save in rent.
