We moved here 8 months ago and have been living in HELL since. Never can find a spot in front of our building, you need to park 1/2 block away. The office staff includes 2 ------- that just dont seem to care about people's feelings. All the want is their money. When we signed our lease, the water was included. Now that this dump no longer includes water and has raised the rent for newbees, they want to get all the tenants out of here that have their water included and pay cheaper rent just so THEY can make a buck. The apartments have mold in them, there is not ventilation in the apartments. The management and maintance seems to be non exisistant. There is garbage, spit, dried up food all over the stair wells, just plain untolerable living arraingments. If anyone thinks about renting here, keep driving!!
