We have been living here for 13 months and the past 4-5 months have been horrible. There is a new office assistant named Karen Baker, who honestly is the most miserable, non-professional, hating the world lady we have never met. She does not know how to talk to resident, except talk down to them like they are trash. She threatens the kids if they ride their skate boards (she threatened to cut the skate boards up with a chain saw), she screams and yells at them while they are in the pool and doing nothing wrong. When confronted by the parents, she told the parents to butt out (why should they butt out if their children "supposivley" did something wrong'''') She makes majority of the residents uncomfortable. She gives an attitude every time you walk into the office. I have called the management company to file a complaint about this imappropriate behavoir and waiting a response (I left a message on a weekend). Hopefully they can take care of it. As for the property manager, Debbie, she is wonderful and never have a problem with her. She is the only reason we have not moved until our lease it up. If you are considering renting from Long View Meadows, please do yourself a favor and ask for Debbie, you will be treated right. Pretend you do not even know the "other" person in the office.
