I have been living at Meadow Creek for almost a year now, and have absolutely no complaints about the place. The townhomes are clean, and the area is very quiet due to being at the end of a dead end street. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen has a washer/dryer hookup, and the grounds are kept very neat year round. I was having some problems with my A/C unit one evening, and the management saw to it that it was fixed the next day. This is a great place to live, and I hate I have to move due to work. Because of the firewalls between units, I could comfortably heat my home, wash clothes, and cook for less than $60 a month power bill. The water bill has never been greater than $30.
I will say that something needs to be done by the county about the quality of the roads leading into the apartment (Shady lane and Easy st). They are riddled with potholes and have the potential to create a driving hazard. This has nothing to do with the quality of the apartments.
