I lived here for a year. When I first moved in it was great. One of the office managers was Christine. She was wonderful. Once she left, the place went downhill. The new people (Shannon) started leasing to anyone and everyone. (Low life s) I lived on the 1st floor and the kids above me would be running around at 1:30 in the morning. On the 3rd floor people would throw out old food and it would end up on my patio and in front of my back door. I complained numerous times but no one ever cleaned it up. I would not recommend this place at all. They are old and they don't fix the apartments up but yet they try to pin a lot of extra charges on you when you moved out. Don't expect your deposit back. I didn't.

I lived here for 3 years and just moved out to purchase a home. I found that the office staff was surprisingly fair. I have a pet that caused a little damage to the carpet. When I moved out I was aware that part of my deposit would be taken. When I did my move-out inspection with the office staff they explained in detail what I would be charged so that there were no suprises. I loved my time living there and wouldn't have moved unless I purchased a home.
