I have been living here for almost 2 years and was thinking about a change. I started looking around and some of the other apartments in the area that have really great deals. None of them even come close to Mission Concord. Here there is a sence of community and people are friendly and nice. I feel safe letting my daughter play outside, there hasnt been any crimes or break ins since I have been here!! I have no idea why I thought the grass was greener, but is sure isn't. I would rather pay a little more and have all the best and be happy and feel good about inviting my friends over to where I live. The staff always does a great job handling any issues promptly. They also have a new officer that lives here and is always walking around and checking on things. I don't plan on moving for a very very long time.

I think that management should not be allowed to leave comments, b/c management would be the only people to leave this message. That apartment complex is a dump! I hope the residents are aware that a drug bust happened in the community. That place is awful! What are you talking about, paying a little more? That place is cheap.
