Want your money's worth and SAFE SAFE SAFE!
Come here. Get one of the bottom 2 bedroom units, there as big as a house, and because part of the apartment is actually underground (HUGE WALK IN CLOSET, DRESSING AREA, BATHROOM) your utilities are zilch.
I have almost 1100 square feet and my electric bill runs around 50.00 a month tops.
Everything has been upgraded, and I mean everything! Appliances, landscaping, parking lots, sinks, faucets, door knobs and carpets. Staff is absolutely to be commended, professional on the ball people, you couldn't ask for better.
Negatives: Built cheaply and you can hear your neighbors conversations, tv's, coughing, and any walking. Most people here however are quiet hard working folks, though lately mgmt has rented to just a little too many college kids.
I was planning on retiring here, until I got the neighbor from hell above me. I don't understand why apartment complexes rent to obese people and put them on the top floors, or people with 2-3 kids on the top floors.
They really need to address the flimsiness between upper and lower level apartments, or advise new renters to start having courtesy.
However, if you have a complaint, they'll usually act on it.

Wow... I really thought this would be a great site to find helpful information about apartments in the area. However, I have now found the next best thing to the Jerry Springer show! I wish I could put all of these unrelated comments, on to a pay per use website, and then call it... "uneducated white trash, and how they view apartments / each other" Also, would it kill any of you to at least pay attention to your are typing, maybe even proof read it prior to posting?

I am Mrs. P Cherry...actually I have a son in Concord. My husband died, you know protecting you so you'd be free. Viet Nam. I hardly think you know where I live. But in any case I left that apartment complex because I had a good enough job to be able to purchase my own home. I wanted to be closer to work, and own my home again. The apartment complex (let's keep on topic here) is merely a stopping ground for me, however it was a great stopping ground.
I suggest you see someone professional in regards to your anger problems, especially threatning people via the internet. Seriously....you have an issue that has more than to do with your weight. I'm thinking here....lose that chip off your shoulder you may be a lot thinner.
