This complex is very well taken care of. My wife and I moved here based on the ratings from this website, and were quite pleased with how accurate they were. We initially inhabited a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the ground level. It had a fireplace and a patio. We moved to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment when our initial lease expired. The best thing about Summerlin at Concord is the Staff (I assure you, I don't work at Summerlin, I just came to know the staff while residing on the premises). Sandy, Lisa, Dan, and Brandon are all very respective of tenants and never hesitated to assist us in every matter that arose. They were honest and very helpful in every way. We didn't have any problems, but we would frequently visit the clubhouse to enjoy some free coffee and kool-aid. If you are looking for a quiet place to live where all of your needs are promptly tended and all of your questions quickly answered, then Summerlin at Concord is what you may be looking for. They also have a DVD collection that is frequently updated which is available to borrow at no added cost to residents. The Staff and Grounds at Summerlin at Concord get an A in my grade book. We will miss them when we go.
