I can say nothing negative about my one year here ... the rooms are pretty big, I got a decent rate/value, the office staff was generally friendly and helpful ... Keith with maintenance is especially personable and responsive. I could've stayed here and been fine with it ... I liked being half way in between Concord/Kannapolis and Charlotte, I just didn't like how the surrounding community seemed to offer so little outlets for recreation, music, culture or anything interesting besides the big boxes, fast food, strip malls, stop lights and parking lots of U.S 29. So while the facilities and grounds and all of that were fine in themselves, the overall area didn't offer enough of what I was looking for as a younger single renter.
