Parking is ok....some people seem to hog spots, especially big pickup trucks making it hard to see getting out of space.
Safe community all in all, in the summer there is a cop that patrols the pool area and the property.Wish for more police presence all year round.
Office staff somewhat friendly, too much gossip about other residents.
Sara, the property mgr.
is EXTREMELY friendly and willing to help at any time.
Entire maintainence staff (Keith & Todd) always helpful and friendly.
Get the job done right and in a timely matter.
Nice place to live.
Rent prices have jumped way too high for the area.
