ARE WE TALKING ABOUT THE SAME APARTMENT COMPLEX?

I was really beginning to wonder since my experience has been completely different. From the first time I walked into the office, I have been treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. I have dealt with everyone in the office, from the manager to the weekend leasing agent, and I have been impressed with them all.

The apartment that we have leased is spacious and clean with ample storage space. I am used to Charlotte rental prices and find their prices quite reasonable. I have not encountered any excessive parking problems, let alone problems with the neighbors or noise.

I know that there is no such thing as perfection, but so far, my experience with the staff at The Cloisters has been pretty close.
