When I first moved into the Cloister apartments couple of years ago...I loved it! But after there for 15 months or so...the management changed and vandalism started in the area as well. The apartment in front of mine had tires slashed, people above me were always fighting...man hitting woman type of fighting!
I saw people dumping their trash out of their cars in the parking lot. One guy made his drug drops behind the garbage dumpsters. (I even have the picture to prove it!)
Still nothing was done...so I moved out.
Management was just changing again as I left.
Hopefully it will be a better place now.
