I've lived here for over 2 years. And It was nice at first, but has gone downhill very quickly. With the management changes and higher rent. It's amazing how much this place has gone downhill. I've experienced gun shots at the DAV on Saturday nights, with mobs of people and having to fear for my life as several police cars show up. There's all kinds of vandalism. Things from kids( which I have no idea if the parents care what they do) have broken my bedroom window screens, broken beer bottles in the parking lot behind my car, which I had to get a tire patched. Cars have been broken into ( not mine). Maintenance just sits around the pool. I get a notice about broken blinds but no description of the size. Then when I go to the office they have no idea what size blinds they have in any of there buildings! There's no security here. We used to have a security office at night. The hallways walking into your building are absolutely disgusting. Gum, spit, garbage juice, you name it. They used to power wash every once in a while but that hasn't happened in over a year. The lawns currently have weeds and mushrooms growing everywhere. Bushes are out of control. The landscaping has taken a turn for the worse. I have moved since, but know friends who still live there.
